Enhanced Connectivity & Hardware Precision
Samsung has heavily upgraded the underlying hardware in the Galaxy SmartTag 3. Featuring Bluetooth 5.4 alongside enhanced Ultra-Wideband (UWB) technology, the device offers pinpoint indoor and outdoor tracking. In densely populated Indian urban centers like Mumbai or Delhi, leveraging the robust ‘SmartThings Find’ crowdsourced network ensures your misplaced valuables can be located swiftly. Furthermore, a louder integrated buzzer makes tracking items hidden under couch cushions or inside luggage effortless.
Stellar 2-Year Battery Life & Rugged Build
The most compelling upgrade in the SmartTag 3 is its battery optimization. Users often dread frequent battery replacements, but Samsung’s power-efficient chipset and refined software algorithms push the single coin-cell battery lifespan up to an impressive two years. Coupled with an IP67 water and dust resistance rating, the tracker is built to withstand India’s unpredictable weather, from heavy monsoons to dusty summer commutes.
